1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Zurihub Technology ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our web development, software development, and digital marketing services.

3.1 Quotations

All project quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change if project requirements change.

3.2 Project Commencement

Projects commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 50% of the total project cost) and all required materials from the client. See our Getting Started guide for requirements.

3.3 Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work. Delays caused by client-side factors (delayed feedback, content, or approvals) may extend the timeline. We will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Payment Terms

Deposit: 50% upfront deposit required to begin work
Progress Payment: 25% due at the development/design approval stage
Final Payment: 25% due before final delivery and launch
Payment Methods: M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, PayPal (for international clients)
Late Payments: May result in project suspension or additional fees

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete project requirements
Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
Provide timely feedback and approvals at each project stage
Ensure availability of key decision-makers during the project
Provide domain and hosting access credentials when required
Make payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables including website files, graphics, and content created specifically for the project. Zurihub Technology retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, templates, or proprietary tools used in development.

6.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revisions and Changes

Standard projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions
Additional revisions may incur extra charges
Major scope changes require a revised quotation
Revision requests must be submitted in writing

8. Warranties and Guarantees

Zurihub Technology provides:

30-Day Bug Fix Warranty: Free bug fixes for issues caused by our code within 30 days of project completion
Quality Assurance: All deliverables undergo thorough testing before delivery
Responsive Design: Websites are built to be mobile-responsive unless otherwise specified

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or business results, as these depend on many external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zurihub Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
If the client cancels mid-project, payment is due for all work completed
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rated refund will be provided
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and sensitive data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.

12. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services (hosting, domain registration, payment gateways, APIs). These services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their performance or policies.

13. Website Maintenance

After project completion, ongoing website maintenance is available under a separate agreement. Without a maintenance agreement, support is limited to the warranty period.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with Kenyan arbitration laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
